Love From Minnesota!!!

Hi family!

Wow! You guys have had quite the week! I am happy to hear that
everyone is doing well though! I don't have a ton of time again today
but that is because we are having Lakeville South Zone pday again and
we are going on exchanges with the St. Peter sisters! I am so excited
because the weather is beautiful!

My week has been really awesome! We had J's baptism of course,
which was amazing! He had to be dunked twice because his leg went up
but that is okay! M was so happy! She was trying so hard not to
cry! It was sweet! And when he got confirmed, it was awesome! His face
changed as he stood up and it was amazing! He is going to do so well
and the branch is going to be the best family for him and M! You
can tell that he is still a bit overwhelmed by all the changes but he
will be fine as we work with him.

We had quite the adventures too! We had a sleepover with all the
sisters and then went to the Twins game together.... And I got pulled
over on the way to the metro station.... But I lucked out and had a
really nice cop that said, "Since you're not from here, I'll let you
go with a courtesy warning" I was so relieved and especially humbled.
It was definitely God's way of saying slow down! Then we had a blast
at the game and had hot dogs, nachos, and ice cream! It was a ton of
fun! We then went to dinner with the Burnsville sisters to this really
fun Chinese restaurant and the food was delicious!
At the game, we all got on the jumbo-tron! Oh man it was sooooo cool!
All you could see was all of these white shirts and ties and a few
girls in dresses jumping up and down screaming! And you could see the
black tags! So we even had the chance to do missionary work! We also
met this guy named "Scooter" on the way home. Elder Taugavau was
taking selfies on his iPad and Scooter jokingly stepped in to be in it
and All of us were like yeah! Stay in! And after we took some selfies
with him he said, "Oh what the heck!" And took his phone out and took
a selfie with all of the elders and we cheered super loud for him. It
was so much fun! He was funny! So we were able to share a little bit
with him too!

On Friday, we had a good day and the as we went home to get ready for
bed, a cop came walking up to our house with a flash light. So we
talked to him and he said that the alarm system had gone off but we
had turned the alarm off. So Sister Kirkby explained that there was a
separate residence above our apartment (the part where the members
lived who were out of town) and the next thing we know, the cops are
walking around the house! They cam back and told us that the door was
open but no one was inside. So we packed up, locked up, and left for
the Hermana's apartment. It was scary! But we talked to the members
and they came back to check it out and fixed the problem. Now, we are
in Mankato! We drove down Sunday night and were followed by a massive
thunderstorm. Luckily, we weren't in it, we just got a super cool
light show! I gotta tell you, Utah thunderstorms pale in comparison to
Minnesota thunderstorms. There wasn't a single pause between the
lightning strikes! It was sooooo cool! And now we are here and it is
all blue skies! And I got my hair cut again and it looks super cute!
:) it about the same as always. :)

Okay for your questions!
1. I'm pretty sure it is just a standard mini.
2. Teaching is going great! We have found some new investigators that
should be great!
3. Sure!

Well, that's about it for this week! Hope you guys have fun this week
and it isn't too crazy for you! Love you!
